2. Information the site may process
- Account information: when you choose to register, the site may store the details needed to provide and secure your account, such as your name, email address, password hash, account status and preferences.
- Messages and subscriptions: information you deliberately submit through contact, newsletter, suggestion, comment or similar forms.
- Security and technical records: limited information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, failed login attempts and security events may be processed to prevent abuse, investigate faults and protect the service.
- Usage and analytics information: page visits, device information and broad location information may be collected where analytics or advertising features are enabled.
- Saved feature data: a feature may store information when you deliberately ask it to, for example favourites, progress, calculation history or account settings. Ordinary calculator inputs are not intended to be retained unless the page clearly provides a saving/history function.
3. AI assistants and document generation
AI features are optional and can be switched off by the site administrator. When you use one, the text you submit and limited page context are sent to the configured AI provider so it can create the requested answer, chart, document or draft. The site requests that the provider does not store the API response for model training through the API request setting used by this website, but the provider may still process and retain limited data in accordance with its own service and safety policies.
The site records usage information needed for limits and cost control, such as the feature used, token counts, estimated cost, time, a one-way session/IP identifier and success or error status. The public AI usage log is not designed to store the full question or generated answer.
4. Why information is used
Information is used to provide requested services, maintain accounts, respond to messages, improve useful content, measure site performance, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce usage limits, meet legal obligations and keep the website secure.
5. Cookies and browser storage

6. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that help run the website, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment and AI providers. Information is not sold as a standalone customer list. Data may also be disclosed where reasonably required to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with a lawful requirement.
